Harbor Isle is one of the best hidden secrets of St. Petersburg. Many who’ve lived here for years don’t even know about this tucked away secluded community. The highly desirable Harbor Isle Subdivision was platted in the 1970’s. It is surrounding by water, close to Weedon Island, and many of the homes here are waterfront on the bay, or on a large interior lake. Some homes here have dock access, and some back up to mangroves on the bay. Homes were built mostly by Rutenburg, Sibley and Bruce/Williams in the community. Homes here are generally single story ranch homes, with a few larger 2 story homes sprinkled in. Loved for it’s secluded location and direct water access, the homes here generally sell for between $400,000 to over $1,500,000.
